Laura Bennett, Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant

Laura is an executive and professional coach, trainer, and consultant focused on enhancing the potential, well-being, and success of people in high-impact, high-performance, and high-burnout roles with a special interest in first responders. Laura served in the Navy for 20 years in a variety of clinical, operational, training, and leadership roles at home and abroad. While on active-duty, Laura developed evidence-based resiliency and professional development programs founded in the neuroscience of mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and positive psychology. Laura serves the law enforcement community through these programs as well as organizational, team, and transformational leadership development.

Laura is a member of Leadership Jacksonville class of 2020, a strategic partner for Teach For America Jacksonville, and faculty for the Institute for Healthcare Excellence. Laura earned her Bachelor degree at Penn State University, her Master’s of Science in Nursing at University of Florida, and her Executive Coaching Certificate and Master’s of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Texas at Dallas.Her certifications include: MSLOD, MSN, APRN, CNM, CYT, ACC.
