Patrick Dooley

Patrick Dooley entered law enforcement in 1979. He served with Arlington Heights Police Department in Illinois and Panama City Beach Police in Florida before returning to his hometown of Jacksonville. He served with the Jacksonville Beach Police Department, serving his last 6 1/2 years as the Chief of Police until his retirement in 2019. In his 40 years of service, Pat developed a passion for ensuring first responders have an understanding of the stressors throughout their career and ways to manage it.
