The First Responder Project, Inc. (FRP) was established in January 2020 as a nonprofit organization with 501(c)(3) status. Its primary mission is to address the psychological and emotional needs of first responders. The organization's founders, who have direct experience serving alongside or working with conventional and special forces personnel, aim to share insights and expertise gained from those on the front lines. Their goal is to create a comprehensive support network that offers meaningful and substantial assistance.

FRP unites individuals from various fields of duty, including both service providers and those in operational roles. The organization was founded to fill a critical gap in services and resources essential for safeguarding the well-being of society's protectors.

FRP offers a range of services, including education and training programs, therapeutic retreats, and peer connection opportunities for first responders. These initiatives are designed to be accessible when first responders need support, helping them shift perspective, restore purpose, and regain momentum to remain operationally ready and emotionally present for their families.

Recognizing that first responders often provide assistance rather than receive it, FRP acknowledges that they, too, need occasional respite from work demands and societal challenges. FRP exists to provide a safe haven where first responders can recharge, regain equilibrium, and return to their essential duties with renewed strength and resilience.
