Dr. Tracy S. Hejmanowski
Tracy has two decades of clinical expertise working with service members, veterans, first responders, and their families. She incorporated First Responder Project, Inc. to connect military and civilian first responders through their shared bond of service and their necessary bearing of burden from cumulative exposure to operational trauma.
A former LCDR Navy clinical psychologist, Tracy served for 11 years as the primary clinician and program manager at Jacksonville Naval Hospital Deployment Health Center. She continues in her 7th year of service as a lead facilitator for a non-profit that provides retreats for operators and their loved ones.
Tracy regularly provides seminars and briefs on operational trauma for conventional and special forces, public safety communities, and their families.
